Logan Property Management specializes in the management of affordable apartment communities. All of the properties in its portfolio of over 2,300 units operate under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC/Section 42) program and additionally many of the properties receive some type of HUD subsidy in the form of a HAP contract. The portfolio is located primarily in California, Colorado and New Mexico and has a large senior component, which also includes two independent living facilities where meals and housekeeping are provided.
